The raindrops on roses, chirping of the birds, the guzzling of the waterfall, the buzzing of the bees, the sound of the wind in the trees, the glow of the moonlight - Nature is God's gift to man. Its the most wonderful gift which is the answer to all our problems. It is after all our original home, before houses were invented! The cavemen were so happy with nature. They were never stressed or depressed! Nature is the perfect cure for the most prevelant sicknesses of the modern age such as stress and depression. When you are in nature, you can feel the pure oxygen going through your system, compared to the chemically laden polluted air in the man made world outside.
A stressed out person is not able to look beyond his work and the pressures that come along with it. Along with work pressures, small things that happen everyday such as a dent in the car, a fight with a stranger, missing a train or the absence of a co-worker all adds to an already stressful life. The key to a stress-free life is to Let Go. For a few minutes everyday, leave your troubles behind and get back to nature. Take a walk at the beach or a stroll in the garden and you will be amazed at the difference it makes in your life. You will feel your troubles fading away. Fairies are beings who live among flowers and trees who help stressed out souls find their peace. Visit beautiful gardens or even better unmanicured forests which haven't been touched by man. Its a good idea to leave the concrete jungle for a while and venture into a real jungle for a change!
Another problem which faces us in this day and age is depression. Why does a person get depressed? Doctors say that the main cause is being indoors for too long. We all know that being inside for too long deprives us of vital vitamins which we get from the sun. A depressed person feels that he is useless and of no value to the world. When you go out in nature, you feel like a part of the world and you realize what a beautiful place it is. The stress of day to day life can be eased by spending a few minutes everyday with nature and our inner selves. When you are with nature, you can feel your life pulsating and you feel connected to the universe.
