Card of the Day - September 30, 2011

Continuing from the Goddess Tarot deck by Kris Waldherr, today's Card of the Day is The Sun symbolized by the Zorya Goddesses. In Slavic mythology, the Zorya are a trinity of sister goddesses who attend to the sun god, whose chariot rides through the sky everyday bringing light and warmth. The sun represents the brilliance of life - the intellect, the inspiration of creativity. It is the light that nourishes all living beings. The Zorya are the guardians of the universe. They watch over a fierce hound with a chained leash. Legend says that if the chain breaks, the end of the world will be at hand.

Today you will be filled with a lot of positive Goddess energy. You will be inspired to create something new. You will spend more time with children. Your love life will improve. You could decide to create something which has a personal agenda rather than a material or practical one. You will receive wise advice from the women in your family.

The Chakra Spread

I just invented a new spread which combines Tarot and Chakras. I tried it on myself and encourage you to too try this out if you are familiar with the Tarot or you could contact me for an appointment so I can analyze your Chakras to check which are balanced and which are not. Chakras can be unblocked through different healing methods. I myself use Reiki and Crystals for this purpose. It's intriguing to fuse different divination forms to create new and unique things.

What are Chakras?
Chakras or energy centres have always intrigued me since quite a while. They are like wheels of energy located in important areas of our body which help it to function properly. If a chakra is blocked, sooner or later it manifests into a disease or a problem in that area. Chakra healing is a natural way to clear the body of negativity and ailments There are basically 7 chakras which are:

Crown Chakra - intellect and enlightenment
Third eye Chakra - intuition and spirituality
Throat Chakra - communication
Heart Chakra - love and forgiveness
Solar Plexus Chakra - digestion and health
Sacral Chakra - confidence and hormones
Root Chakra - fertility and security

The Chakra Spread
Using any pack of Tarot cards, shuffle them really well. Remove 7 cards and lay them out in a straight line. Open each card one by one slowly. Even if you traditionally don't use reversals, if the card is reversed, let it turn that way and let it be. So, you could have some upturn and some reversed cards. That is okay. So you now have 7 cards representing each chakra. The upside down cards indicate blocked chakras and the right side up cards indicate chakras that are running smoothly. The cards indicate what aspect is blocked and that you need to develop the qualities described by the card to unblock the chakra.

The Cards in the Spread
Using the Legacy of the Divine cards, I removed the following cards for myself:

1. Crown - 7 of Coins(Rev)
2. Third eye - Ace of Swords
3. Throat chakra - Magician
4. Heart chakra - 7 of Coins(Rev)
5. Solar plexus - Queen of Swords(Rev)
6. Sacral chakra - King of Swords
7. Root Chakra - King of Coins

My blocked chakras are Crown chakra, Heart chakra and Solar plexus chakra because of the Reversed cards in those positions. So, I need to heal these areas of my body in general.

Interpretation of the Spread
The first card signifies that I need to learn and study more about spirituality. The crown chakra will unblock when I work hard towards my goals. When I study, it increases my intellect which will help me. My third eye chakra is very well developed. The Ace of Swords says that I can cut through any deception and there is also an amethyst on the card. I should wear amethysts to increase the power of my third eye. My throat chakra has the Magician. I have the ability to communicate in many different ways, through speech, writing, blogging, etc. So, I mustn't underestimate the power of my communication. My heart chakra is blocked with the 7 of swords. I need to be like the man in this card. Sometimes, I need to be a bit mean and rude to those who deserve it. I must learn to say no and must not be too emotional. There is a raven in the card holding the symbol of Aquarius in his beak. I need to be more detached emotionally and not let my emotions rule over the intellect. The next chakra is also blocked, i.e. the solar plexus chakra. To unblock it, I need to be more like the Queen of Swords. I need to be more business-like and stern in my dealings and not let people take me for a ride. I need to develop her confidence. The next chakra is the sacral chakra. It is balanced. My life is organized and in harmony, everything is going according to the plan. My health is good. The root chakra is symbolized by the King of Coins. This is a great card for this position as it represents security and money matters. Monetarily, I'm secure about my future and have no blocks about it.

If you do not know Reiki or any other form of energy healing, you could just lie down and pray to the angels. Tell them: Please help me to heal my chakras. Do this regularly or whenever you feel low or unbalanced. You can also place the following crystals on the respective chakras for about ten minutes.

Crown Chakra - Clear Quartz crystal
Third eye Chakra - Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli (Indigo/Purple stone)
Throat Chakra - Turquoise, Blue lace agate, Aquamarine (Light blue stone)
Heart Chakra - Green aventurine, Jade, Malachite, Rose quartz (Green/Pink stone)
Solar Plexus Chakra - Topaz, Citrine, Amber, Tiger's eye (Yellow stone)
Sacral Chakra - Carnalian (Orange stone)
Root Chakra - Red Jasper, Bloodstone, Obsidian, Smoky quartz (Black/Red stone)

So, how did you like this Spread? Do you think it can help you to increase awareness about your health problems and spiritual progress? It can also help you figure out what areas are lacking in your life and how you can change yourself to improve yourself from mental, physical and spiritual imbalances.

Card of the Day - September 23, 2011

Morning Affirmations
Magical Mermaids and Dolphins oracle cards

"Say positive affirmations each morning to open the gates of manifestation."

This is a sure shot method of getting what you want and reaching your goals. Whenever you get up in the morning, say loudly to yourself what you want to accomplish: "I want to lose 10 kgs" or "I will seal this deal" or "I will be happy ." Positive people are more likely to succeed. Negative thoughts bog you down and cloud the mind. Do not underestimate yourself and your abilities. You can do whatever you desire. Positive affirmations result in miraculous manifestations.

Make A Decision
Magical Mermaids and Dolphins oracle cards

"Feeling stuck or indecisive? Listen to your intuition and make a decision."

The mermaids are the creatures of the ocean and they are one with the sea and the water element. The water element rules over intuition, feelings and emotions. They are telling you to connect with that aspect of yourself. This part of yourself always knows things that your practical mind doesn't know. So listen to what it has to say. Rely on your instincts and intuitive abilities which everyone has. Make an important decision today based on this. It will give you confidence in your decision-making and lessen your burdens. Do not rack your brains thinking of what you need to do, do what you feel is right and go for it.

Card of the Day - September 21, 2011

This week, I will be removing the Card of the Day from the deck 'Magical Mermaids and Dolphins oracle cards.' This was the first Oracle deck I have ever bought. I feel connected to the seas, beaches and oceans and have loved The Little Mermaid as a child. So, I instinctively picked it up a really long time, even before I knew who Doreen Virtue was. It's a sweet deck filled with messages from these magical and intuitive creatures of the ocean. I hope you like the cards, the illustrations specially are very beautiful.

Today, the card I have pulled out is :
Pay Attention

"Notice repetitious signs and your inner guidance, as this can yield valuable information"

This is such a perfect card for me right now. I have been receiving tremendous signs about events in my life. We all get signs and signals time and again. We must heed them. Sometimes they are words of advice from someone you love, or a sign that you shouldn't go ahead with a project. For example: falling sick on the day of an important interview. The reason for this could be that the interview is not a good choice for you. Remember, everything happens for the best. So, you need not blame yourself for falling sick. The answer is simple, it was not meant to happen and is a clear sign which you should take in the right spirit. Also, our inner guidance is something we need to listen to. Unless we are fully convinced that it is the right thing to do, we shouldn't. If there is a bit of a nagging thought bothering you, don't shut it up, but try and rationalize with yourself. The more you listen to your inner guidance or intuition, the more it will develop. So, today pay attention to any messages you might receive from anywhere. The universe gives us messages in strange ways sometimes- through a quote you'll read somewhere to the lyrics of a song.

Card of the Day - September 19, 2011

Mary Magdalene - Unconditional Love
Goddess Guidance oracle cards

"Love yourself, others and every situation - no matter what the outward appearances may be."

Mary Magdalene is one of the most misunderstood and misrepresented goddesses. Her energy is eternally forgiving and beautiful. She plated a significant role with Jesus as is described in the Gospels. She washed his feet, witnessed his death and was one of the first people whom he appeared after his resurrection. Controversies about other roles she may have played include, Christ's bride, a temple priestess or a disciple. Call upon her for help with forgiveness. She has a big heart and will open your heart to her love. Some say she was a prostitute or a sinner, but she nonetheless overlooks these false judgements. Love everyone unconditionally, without expecting anything in return.

Today, do not worry what others think or say. Heal whatever situation is bothering you with love. Send love to those who have hurt or misjudged you. Forgive yourself for what you think you have done or not done. Release old unforgiveness towards others to help your heart to heal and move on. Wear Rose Quartz or keep it in your surroundings to bask in the feeling of love or to attract love into your life.

Diana - Focused Intention
Goddess Guidance oracle cards

"Keep your unwavering thoughts, feelings and actions focused on your target, and you will make your mark."

Her mother bore Diana and her twin brother painlessly, so Diana is associated with healthy childbirth. She loves spending time out in nature, and is fond of oak trees and wild animals. Card of the Day - September 17, 2011

Athena - Inner Wisdom
Goddess Guidance oracle cards

Athena is a very powerful and wise Greek goddess who oversees and protects those who call upon her. She is the daughter of Zeus and her animals are white owls and black pigeons. She is a warrior goddess who battles with wits instead of weapons. You can call her for resolving disputes and for protection. She helps with creative projects such as writing, arts and crafts.

You possess inner wisdom. Such profound knowledge is not understood by common people. People only see what some try to portray. You are a subtle person and very wise from within. Truly wise people know what they are so they do not need to glorify themselves in front of other people's eyes. Inner wisdom comes from patience, intuition, knowledge and experience and not from books or studying. You 'know' what to do. You always will. You do not need anyone else to guide you. You are your own guide. Trust your instincts and your inner wisdom and take any actions that you have been wanting to take for quite sometime now, without delay.

Lakshmi - Bright Future
Goddess Guidance oracle cards

Stop worrying. Everything is going to be fine.

Lakshmi is the Hindu goddess of wealth and prosperity. She is saying that there is no need to worry as things will be fine, everything will turn out right. Lakshmi brings abundance to those who call upon her. You can keep Lakshmi shaped footprints outside your doorstep to welcome her into your house on Diwali morning which is on October 26th this year. The best time to be close to Lakshmi is during the festival of Diwali when we can pray to her for wealth and prosperity on the Hindi New Year in October. She is connected to the lotus, elephants and water. She brings money, time and knowledge along with her. She along with Lord Ganesh work as a team to help you overcome obstacles and create abundance.

This card signifies that you and your loved ones are always protected. Let go of any anxiety about your future. Hold positive thoughts and intentions. Don't worry about money, instead visualize abundance.

Card of the Day - September 14, 2011

Ixchel - Medicine Woman
Goddess Guidance Oracle cards

You are a channel for Divine healing power

Ixchel has been revered since ancient times as the Mayan moon goddess who with her husband, the sun god gave birth to all the other Mayan gods. She is connected to the tides of the water. She is also called 'Lady Rainbow' as her essence is infused in the water-droplet prisms that create rainbows. As a mother goddess, she helps with fertility and childbirth. She is also a powerful healer who remembers the origin of human life upon the planet. She can connect you to your roots as a spiritual healer.

This care means that you are a healer or you are being healed. Honour your healing knowledge and abilities. Learn about healing or teach the healing arts. Start or continue your healing practice. Connect to the power through clarity of your thoughts. Be aware of the power that resides within you. Connect to the bigger source which will amplify your power.

Card of the Day - September 13, 2011

Goddess Guidance Oracle cards

Prosperity - The universe is pouring its abundance out to you. Be open to receiving.

Abundantia is the Roman and Norse goddess of prosperity, success and abundance who brings good fortune to those who call upon her. She carries a cornucopia of gold coins, which trail behind her wherever she goes. One sign that you know she is helping your financial situation is that you will find lots of spare change in unlikely locations. She brings more pocket money to those who call upon her. She bestows all kinds of prosperity, including increased amounts of time, ideas and other forms of support.

This card signifies that you need to be more open to receiving. A new windfall of money is coming to you. You have nothing to worry about. Notice the new ideas, feelings and visions within you. This guidance gives you clear directions about actions. You are now unstoppable. You will be financially successful. Visualize and affirm abundance.

Goddesses in Everywoman

I have always had a fondness for goddesses of all cultures, be it the Indian goddesses Laxmi, Durga and Saraswati, Egyptian goddess Isis or the entire pantheon of Greek goddesses. I also recently have read Jean Shinoda Bolen's book Goddesses in Everywoman which is a part of archetypal psychology which says that every woman is made up of seven Goddess archetypes. She could either be a Virgin goddess (Athena, Artemis or Hestia) or a Vulnerable goddess (Persephone, Demeter or Hera) or an Alchemical goddess (Aphrodite). We all have a goddess within us and we need to express her in the right way. If we are naturally a homemaker we need not fight that thinking it is a stereotype. If we naturally love outdoors, we shouldn't confine ourselves to the walls of our homes. We must find our true nature and love ourselves for who we truly are.The spirit, power and the beauty of the goddesses exists within every woman, man and child. They bring about a feminine balancing energy to the world. Everyone has a feminine side, represented by the Empress and the High Priestess in the Tarot. Female stands for yin, intuition, creativity, loving and nurturing energy.

I  possess the wonderful Goddess Tarot deck by Kris Waldherr which is filled with feminine energy. All the majors represent 22 goddesses in all and 4 more goddesses represent the minor suits - Venus (Cups), Frejya (Wands), Isis (Swords) and Laxmi (Pentacles). Waldherr too uses goddesses of different cultures in her deck. While she uses popular goddesses like Venus, Athena and Isis, she also uses oriental goddesses like Tara, Chang O, Kwan Yin and Ukemochi. I love learning about different cultures through Tarot. These cards become a source of empowerment for women of all cultures all over the world. This is a reclamation of the Divine Feminine.

Gaia - The World card in Goddess Tarot
This week, I will be using the Goddess Guidance Oracle cards by Doreen Virtue for my daily Card of the Day readings. These cards are lovely and I feel connected to them very personally. There are 44 goddesses in these cards belonging to many different cultures: Egyptian, Mayan, Celtic, African and Indian. These goddesses are always there with us to protect us all. We must call upon them , just like the angels when we need them. They will definitely hear our prayers.  I hope you will like them too.

Card of the Day - September 9, 2011

Osho Zen Tarot
7 - Awareness

This card is traditionally the Number 7 card of the Chariot. The card shows a veil of illusion or maya burning away. You are now able to see things clearly. The burning reveals a childlike Buddha face. We can realize our true selves, now that the veil is destroyed. There is an inner awareness which is not the result of any 'doing'. We do not have to struggle to make things happen or grope in the dark. Awareness helps us become detached and view the world from an objective perspective. Awareness is a flame, without smoke. A cool flame which brings clarity.

Card of the Day - September 8, 2011

Osho Zen Tarot
The Master

Traditionally, this card does not exist in the original Tarot cards of 78 cards. The Osho Zen deck has 79 cards, this card being a new addition called The Master. It shows a picture of Osho himself. The card represents enlightenment and achieving the ultimate goal. It is a numberless card of the Major Arcana. The card shows mastery of oneself, reaching an enlightened state where one has no private goals and no desires. People soak up your presence and are inspired by your example. They look into your eyes and see their own truth. The master welcomes his disciples because he wants to share his experiences with them. Learn from your teachers, whoever they are, and any other sources of information is your Guru. Learn from others, that is the way to enlightenment.  This is a card of challenging the fate predicted by the cards. Ultimately you can change your destiny and be the master of your own destiny.

Card of the Day - September 7, 2011

Osho Zen Tarot
We are the World - 10 of Rainbows

This card represents humanity as a whole. The world has become small and we are all connected to each other. One of the ways we are connected is through the internet and through global communication. Together we can make a difference and live in harmony. Also the tarot community and other spiritual forums and websites make us come closer. These people dancing around the world are rainbow coloured representing a rainbow of possibilities that we all have within us. Also the different colours show that even though we are all so different, we have a common goal. This reminds me of Ntozake Shange's play 'For colored girls who have considered suicide when the rainbow is enuf' a play about black women of different colours and experiences who come together to celebrate their womanhood. Today, we need to be one with the world. We can be sad when we are alone, but when we share our experiences with others, we realize we are not the only one. We can be most happy when we are with people. When we laugh and enjoy, we are usually with other people. Hand in hand, we can achieve great things.

Like Michael Jackson said :
We are the world, we are the children,
We are the ones who make a brighter day.
So let's start giving, there's a choice we're making,
We're saving our own lives ,
It's true we'll make a better day just you and me.

Card of the Day - September 6, 2011

Osho Zen Tarot
6 of Fire - Success

This entire week, I will be removing the Card of the Day from the Osho Zen Tarot deck. I really love these cards. They are philosophical and really make me look at the traditional Rider Waite in a different way. Osho had his own philosophies which are so universal in their appeal. Also, the art work on these cards is beautiful by Ma Deva Padma. The cards make me feel connected to nature, earth and humankind. We are all in this world together to learn from one another and to share our experiences.

The card I have removed today is 'Success' which is traditionally the 6 of Wands. Instead of traditionally riding a horse, the man here is riding a tiger. He is on 'top of the world' right now and celebrating his success with a parade. You have accepted the challenges of your life and are now being rewarded. Welcome it and enjoy it. Do not try and make this successful moment last forever as everything comes and goes, its a cycle. Enjoy it while it lasts and accept the fact that it is not going to last forever. Whether there are ups or downs, remember that 'this too will pass'. Enjoy both ups and downs and don't get too addicted to success. Being down is a relaxation from the peak of excitement.

Which Court Card describes your personality?

A part of the Tarot deck of cards consists of Court Cards. These are similar to the Court cards in a normal playing cards deck i.e. Jack, Queen and King for the 4 suits: Spades, Diamonds, Clubs and Hearts. Similarly, in the Tarot deck we have 4 Court Cards for the 4 suits: Cups, Pentacles, Swords and Wands.

So we have 16 personality types which are : King of Wands, Queen of Wands, Knight of Wands, Page of Wands, King of Cups, Queen of Cups, Knight of Cups, Page of Cups, King of Swords, Queen of Swords, Knight of Swords, Page of Swords, King of Pentacles, Queen of Pentacles, Knight of Pentacles and Page of Pentacles. If we use reversals, we can get 32 personality types by interpreting them differently if the card falls upside-down.

During different phases of our life, we embody different personality types. Sometimes we are blinded by love, sometimes concentrating on our career, sometimes we are a dutiful wife and sometimes a mean boss. Depending on the different roles play in our lives, our personalities keep on changing. So, how do we decide which Court card we are? When we do a reading, if a particular Court card keeps on coming in a reading when you ask questions about yourself, then that is you. Another way to find that out could be to remove the 16 Court cards from a pack and ask them which card is your personality. Knowing your true nature can help you in a number of ways. You will learn to be happy with the way you are and accept yourself. Many people are embarrassed of their true nature. They wish that they were more street smart and clever, while some wish that they can display their emotions to loved ones. Everyone's personality is unique and there is nothing to be embarrassed about because every personality is beautiful and has its plus points.

I did the following reading for myself using only the Court Cards of the Robin Wood deck.

What Court Card represents my personality?

Personalities and our Court cards will keep on changing depending on the activities and events going on in our life - if we are getting married or being promoted. These are not exactly stereotypes, but we can call them archetypes which are a part of our soul. The card I picked was the Page of Swords. He is quick, agile and alert. He tries out new ideas and combines physical and mental challenges. This is true because I am doing many things currently involving new ideas. The Swords rule thought and intellect. I am also in the nascent stage of my Ph.D so that's why the Page has appeared. This card represents logic, languages (I took past in an Italian cinema workshop), writing and speaking(my blog!), research (Ph.D), design, investigation, computers and technology( I do sit a lot on my comp these days). This card says that I need to be vigilant and watchful. I could also be defensive and suspicious. Also immature and inquisitive at times. I have an openness and hunger for new ideas.

What qualities should I add to my personality?

I need to adapt my airy ideas into material prospects like the Queen of Pentacles. I need to learn a lot from her. She is about hospitality, gracious living and material well-being. She is practical and resourceful with an interest in business, homemaking, nature and animals. She is an all rounder who equally balances her home life and career. I need to learn from her so that my balance doesn't  get too lop-sided. She cares about her body and food. Mostly, she is wealthy and good at corporate management. (I am so bad at that! :-S) She is a motherly person, down to earth and stable. I guess I  need to learn a lot from Mrs. Practical and Organized :-P

Adopting qualities from other Court cards helps us achieve a balance. Why don't you try this exercise and tell me what cards you pulled out? I could help you with interpreting it. :-)

Osho Zen Tarot
18 - Past Lives

This card is traditionally the Number 18 card "The Moon" In this card, the hands of existence form the shape of the cosmic mother. Within it are many images, faces from other times. More important than our past lives, is understanding our present life. The real point is to see and understand the karmic patterns of our lives. They shouldn't become an endless repetitive pattern which goes on and on. Today, try and see any patterns in your life that keep on happening. Try and have a different reaction to events to get new patterns in your life. If you have been resisting some people and they keep bothering you, try a different approach from before, like turning the other cheek. We need to glimpse into our life and take a look at the patterns. Are we evolving and learning from our mistakes or are we going around in circles? This is a wake up call. The events in your life are trying to show you a patterns which is as ancient as the journey of your soul. If we understand even one life completely, we will be able to master all of them as the journey of the soul is one.

Messages from your Animal Spirit Guides

Keep your sense of humour, and don't take things so seriously

Just today, I was telling my husband how stressed I was: So much to do! And so little time! I have committed to a Tarot Project due in October, I have enrolled in an online Thoth class, recently started a new book club (we are reading Philip Pullman's Golden Compass- you can join us if you live in Mumbai and love books), have to maintain this blog, start my new website, take care of social formalities, and yes be a tarot reader and do readings! This card is a reminder for me to chill and take things lightly. I need not get all tensed and worried as things will take care of themselves. Sense of humour! That is so important! So whenever you find yourself frowning or scowling, turn that into a smile or a laugh!
So today, curl up in your bed and watch your favorite episode of Friends, Modern Family or The Simpsons and laugh your troubles away. If they can be so happy and stupid, then why cant you? ;-)

Ascended Masters Oracle Cards
Yoga - Babaji

The card which has come up today is Yoga and the ascended master is Babaji. The card definitely tells us to do yoga. It is what we need right now and that is why it has come in today's reading. Babaji is a beloved yogi who is called the 'deathless avatar.' Many believe that he ascended with his physical body and many people have claimed to see his solid, living body. He encouraged Parmahansa Yogananda to teach yoga to the Western world as a way of spreading enlightenment.

Practice breathing exercises and take full inhalations and exhalations. Teach yoga or invite others to participate with you. Watch a yoga video or go for a yoga class today. Balaji and the other masters are guiding you to do yoga. It will answer your questions and open your mind to see the truth. You will gain clarity, energy, flexibility and psychic awareness. Yoga is an ancient tradition among spiritual practitioners because of its many benefits. Do not delay. Do some yoga today.

Card of the Day - September 2, 2011

Wishing all of you a very Happy Ganesh Chathurthi! On this auspicious season, I removed a few cards from my Healing Fairies deck. While it is a very positive festival, there is a lot of energy in the air and interaction with people - we visit people's houses, some people we haven't met in ages. So this exchange of energy can sometimes take a toll on our body. Most of us feel tired for no reason. It is necessary to cleanse yourself time and again. For this purpose, I have removed a card for today from 'Healing with the Fairies' oracle cards.

Today, I have removed two cards of the day :
Honouring your True Feelings and Magic of Nature.

We need to listen to our true feelings, instead of just pleasing others all the time. Many times we feel that we are in a tight spot because we are supposed to do something i.e. maybe help someone in need or reach a particular place which is very far from our house, etc. We have a lot of social obligations, specially during festival times. It is not wrong, and we need not feel guilty if we are unable to meet people's expectations. Don't fall sick or worry about this. Instead honour your true feelings. You know what to do. Follow your emotions. On the other hand, even if no one else is helping but you feel like, go ahead. Your feelings are answers to your prayers, so honour and respect them. As for healing yourself, Nature is the best healer. We mustn't underestimate the magic of nature. Spend time with flowers, trees or outdoors. This healing energy will cure us. Sometimes we feel depressed or lethargic, so we mustn't feel guilty or that there is something wrong with us even if some people make us feel so.

Card of the Day - September 1, 2011

Today's Card of the Day is from the Magical Mermaids and Dolphins Oracle cards. The card says 'You're being Helped' and the Angel message is:-

"Heaven is working behind the scenes to help you, even if you don't see results yet."

Sometimes we get frustrated because we feel that God isn't listening to us. At such times, this is a very reassuring card to come by. If you have been waiting for something to happen, just wait a little bit longer. The results are not far away. Help can sometimes come from unexpected sources like advice from an acquaintance or a message from the lyrics of a song. Be open to receive help from anyone as they are God's messengers.
