The best way is to be yourself and do things which are good for you, your mid, soul and your body. Listen to your body's signs. Putting on weight means you need to exercise, dry skin means you need to moisturize, falling sick means you need to take care of your health and eating habits. You will know when you need something and when something is no longer required in your life. Honor yourself by speaking the truth to yourself.
