Being spiritual doesn’t mean you need to be forceful, follow rules or put pressure on yourself to say, meditate everyday or wear certain clothes or follow a particular lifestyle. In your current situation and environment, being in the most comfortable state, you can break free of all the rules and expectations and form your own path. Freedom from restrictions is the right way to the path of spirituality. Be yourself.
Card of the day: I heal the habit of fear and I embrace the habit of love
Heal yourself by not being fearful. Don’t fear others nor fear yourself or what is expected of you. Instead be loving towards yourself and others. You will be able to easily do the task at hand if you do it with love instead of fear.

Love those around you and be filled with loving feelings towards your peers, friends and family. Ups and downs are there in everyone’s life but love is the constant. Love and help those around you to receive bountiful blessings of the Universe.

Why do we get so anxious or hyper when we have to complete work or a project? Make your work fun by adding joy or a fun element to it. You can play it like a game, take fun breaks in between or add music to your routine. Work doesn’t have to be boring!

Today there is a gentle reminder to be grateful and count your blessings. Sometimes what we take for granted is what someone else wants or envies. Always be grateful and thankful. Complaining and constantly desiring is not a healthy way to be.

Having fear, and being uncertain about the future is natural. Do not fear that you have fearful feelings, it’s normal. Recognise and accept yourself, including all the parts you do not like. Loving yourself means loving all the parts of yourself, even those parts you are not proud about.

Be open to the guidance of the universe. Having rigid schedules and plans doesn’t make your life flow easier, in fact you are obstructing the flow of life. There’s an unknown plan for you. Flow with it and be guided.

Appreciating and being grateful are essential to let the universe know that you are in tune with it. Look at the small joys in your life and count your blessings. Do not focus on what you do not have, focus on what you have and watch it grow in abundance.

We are always receiving guidance and wisdom if we connect spiritually. Ask and you shall receive. Ask the universe for guidance and wait for the answers to guide you.

Worrying about the future doesn’t help anyone. When you are perfectly present in the moment, each day works out smoothly and things go on the way they are supposed to. Don’t pressurise yourself to plan too much ahead.

We must allow our life to proceed further and our dreams to come true. Sometimes, without realising it, we are blocking our lives by thinking negatively or just getting in the way. Let spirit and the universe guide you. Go with the flow and see where it takes you. That we are in full control is only an illusion.

Feeling good could mean being confident about yourself. Being happy and making an effort to look good can make you feel good as well. Being hard on yourself can get you down. Thoughts of not being beautiful enough, smart enough, educated enough or young enough can always play on your mind. We all need a confidence boost from time to time. So look in the mirror and say: I’m good and I feel good.

The universe works in mysterious ways. We may never know how or when a miracle may take place and our prayers will be answered. But we must trust and keep the faith.

To make your dreams come true and put your desires into action, you need to be calm and peaceful rather than controlling. This is only possible when you have faith. Faith and prayer can give you control over your actions so you are peaceful and work without anxiety or worry about the outcome.

Today, focus on prayer and connecting to spirit as it will reveal many answers and truths to you. Prayers are very powerful tools to manifest and reveal truths in your life.
