If you feel like an outsider or not a part of a group or community, then hold your ground. You do no need to blend in just for the sake of it. If you want to be heard, you need to stand out and make your voice loud and clear. Speak up and have an identity. You will be respected for voicing your opinion even if it is different from the group.
